FNB never sent sms or emails about arrears

Good day. I have written a review yesterday and two days before within minutes I would get a reference number SMS to me and then a call later in the day and on both occasions I would get the same feedback, that I am still considered in arrears with my bond at FNB. I just would like to know if I have been making payments for over 7 years on the 20th December then a payment means a payment. After I made the payment we need urgent funds. I tried to transfer the funds, then to see online that my cheque account was closed and was informed and hour long conversion later on 21st December 2018, that FNB closed my cheque because it was dormant for 90 Days, but I used the account on 17 October 2018. I did not receive an SMS or email to inform me of this. I was then told to go to a Branch to open that account or a new one. I went Pinelands FNB branch and then was informed to open a new cheque account would be easier and no fees. I then left the bank thinking I can do my transfer from my bond, but then I could not and then the bank closed at 4pm. So I called the Home loans division to ask why I cannot transfer and they, I think a Tando at 16:45pm and I called 087 something who then said I had to get my existing cheque account re-instated and I was told that would be difficult but had to try at the branch. I could only go the next day 22 December 2018. I went to the bank and advised them exactly what I went through and why I needed my cheque account re-instated and that I will try to make a transfer before I leave the bank to see if it worked and it worked, but nobody at this stage told me I would have a problem with my bond account. I then did the transaction and left South Africa on 24th December 2018, not know anything. I still received no notification about their being a problem with my bond until I saw my FNB accounts being deducted without my knowledge. My frustration is that if I made a payment in December and did a withdrawal in the same month how can I then be considered in arrears if I received no notification. I would like to received my whole contract we signed when I registered my bond in 2006. My FNB home loan statement never ever said I had access to the whole R500k only that I had access to R41kand the bank says that my whole flexi is revoked, then why did my statement say I only have access to R41k, is that not the access I paid over the 14 years. When I withdrew from my bond in October I was told I was in arrears but if I paid R300 then it would be re-instated, which it was. I sincerely hope that I proper investigation is done for the past 14 years to see how I have managed this home loan and then a proper detailed feedback provided. My concern was that I was not told via email or sms that I am in arrears in December 2018. Please provide all statements for 14 years and my whole home loan agreement we signed, not just one page, I just want to know, how to extend my bond term? If we tried scratching the arrears amount together and then apply for the bond extension, what happens and how long will it take? Does the CPA apply to Home loans as well? Regards
