FNB NEVER SEEMS TO EFFECTIVELY ASSIST!

FNB has been the WORST bank to be in business with during the Covid 19 Pandemic! A few years ago I moved my banking from Nedbank to FNB and since then, they have given me MANY reasons to REGRET doing so over the years! While other banks have been EASY to reach ALL DAY with staff even responding to emails at all HOURS, during the pandemic, FNB has been a NIGHTMARE to deal with in terms of getting ANY PROPER assistance WHATSOEVER!! I have been calling FNB to reverse a debit order for DAYS, but to NO avail. Agents direct clients to the debit order department, KNOWING their call lines are CLOSED at this time, so once the option is selected, the voice recording instructs clients to reverse the debit order online or on the app, of which the app then informs clients that this can NOT be done due to the amount being much higher than the R 200.00 pre set amount (obviously FNB has a fixed/pre set limit concerning the amount which can be reversed online, but FNB is NOT being smart enough to consider same, so as to make APPROPRIATE arrangements to EFFECTIVELY assist their clients) so one is instructed via the App to call the call center (AGAIN) which ISN'T FEASIBLE, since one will be directed BACK to the app and then CUT OFF the call, thereby being sent AROUND AND AROUND IN CIRCLES on a FUTILE EXERCISE!!! I finally managed to conduct a chat via my app with a consultant named Sophy, who was so unhelpful and while I was still typing a response to her, in attempting to ask a question, she simply went offline, or ended the chat without any forewarning, or without even bothering to excuse herself. I asked several times if she was still present/engaged in our chat, then eventually gave up. I am so irritated with this bank and their RUDE, INEFFICIENT, LAZY, STAFF... NOT TO MENTION THE PATHETIC, JOKE of a system. I have sent SEVERAL emails to *** asking them to assist me, but seems they DON'T CARE either, since my emails go unresponded to. How the hek is one supposed to get an undue debit order reversed???
