FNB never refunded my money since 2018

In 2018 June, I did an online transfer from my money on call and transfered R4800 to a Standard Bank Account that had already been written off, until now the money has not been returned to my account. i emailed and you suggested that i go back to Standard bank but they even wrote a letter explaining that no money got there. They even said that the money never went into their account they even had their IT guys to check it but it seems the money never got there. They suggested that FNB should do a recall. i emailed my filled in recall form but was told that they cannot do it since they are for future purposes only and i have to fill in a reversals form again. it is now frustrating me i am going back and forth doing the smae processes over and over again. all i want to know is where my money went, can money just disappear from the bank. How can money just disappear into thin air. I got tired and stopped following but i need my money
