FNB never helps!!!

FNB debited my account without notification, i went to the branch at Lifestyle Centre in Centurion and the consultant called about 7 different departments ( I spent more than an hour at the branch) without getting any help for me!!!<br> The 'supervisor' that she called (at the call center) offered no help and was extremely rude. None of the superiors were available and She could not even tell me who the managers were so that i could call them the next day!!!<br> I will be closing my account and my business account with FNB and moving to another bank!!!!!
