FNB never fails to disappoint in their lack of communication.

FNB keeps asking for "Compliance documents" I have sent these required documents on 29 April 2021 by replying to the request ('***') and the subject of the email was RE: FICA Compliance: Updated documents required to ensure your account remains active - 2nd Reminder [ REF:*********************************** ]. From experience, I know that calling the numbers on any FNB letter is useless and a waste of time. Please find my documents and stop bugging me.
