FNB.... Never fails at disappointing us...

Thank you FNB - as usual you never fail to surprise and annoy and disappoint us as your clients. No warning, no agreement, just deduct everything you feel that you want to... I mean who cares right? As usual no communication from your side regarding YOUR DECISION to deduct BEFORE the actual debt order date.. FNB acts like its their right to money if its in your bank account... No courtesy messages, no phone calls to check whether the money is a salary or not. Typical!! Please, don't be considerate ever coz it may actually be a shock to clients, we may actually think you know how to do business.
