Fnb never contact any clients

To think its been 4 days of me trying to call and waste airtime to get no where and not have anyone contact me back is appalling from FNB. I am really asking for just a call that we can solve this problem and we can all go on with our lives... i do not want to drag this on any longer. Reference number for my complaint ***NF

Which was stated as high importance has been left at the way side.
