Fnb never cares about their loyal customers

Imagine a bank that charges you high interest rate than the bank you don't use. When I needed a home loan, fnb was charging me 12.83 % on interest rates. Other banks charging me 10.55%. Now I wanted a car loan, guess what? The car is still under warranty but they are forcing me to buy their R8000 warranty. Again another bank came to my rescue. It's high time I move to the another.
