FNB NEVER CALLS BACK

I app**** for an overdraft, loan and credit card on my business account on Saturday. The message that I’ve received were a consultant will call you soon. How soon is soon, as soon is never arriving? I want to move my business to FNB but if this is the service I am going to receive I rather stay at my current financial institution.
