FNB- Never bank there!

FNB- The worst bank I have ever dealt with.

Multiple poor service instances. Literally stole money from me on multiple occurrences blaming procedural errors and even admitting fault on their side only to have nothing transpire after being promised the issues will be escalated and resolved and undue billing reversed multiple times.

I cannot believe that a bank puts out marketing, illustrating that every customer matters yet, in essence, is *****ing, making up excuses for poor service and error on their side. I cannot wait to move every bit of my business I have with FNB to another bank.
