FNB - never assists

Once again FNB fails to assist, was on five phone calls and no one helped. The first guy I spoke to said he could help me and then the phone was put down. The next four were their canned responses advising that a link has been sent on my app and that I need to log into the app to confirm this, went into my app and no link. I have ********** DISPUTES and no one seems to care. I am sick of your incompetence FNB ! Last month moved R23k to my savings acc and received conflicting information as to when I will receive my interest, you wait till I remove the funds from the account because no action was taken to add interest to the amount from the 25TH TO THE 7TH OF THE NEXT MONTH WHEN YOU ADVISED THE INTEREST WOULD REFLECT! then you give me a lousy R10 INTEREST! THIS IS JUST PATHETIC, YOUR ALGORITHMS ARE DESIGNED NOT TO PROVIDE INTEREST ON LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY!!! ******* JUST LIKE THE REST. I will be cancelling this account with you.
