FNB, never again

Ive been under debt review an submitted my clearance certificate with my paid up letters to Fnb. Ive app**** for a credit card with fnb and they declined my application after ive sent through the documents a couple of times. How many times do one have to sent the documents to to update your profile. My loan that ive paid up was with fnb nou they said itsnot been paid of. Every time i phone to sort this problem they say 24 hours turn around time. This 24 hours has been going on for 2 weeks now. Good job FNB
