FNB - Never again!!

In Jan 2013 I went for an enquiry at a debt counsellor. We went through all docs and as the debt couselor explained, he will send a 17.2 form to get all my settlement amounts.
The next day, not 24h later, I said to him that I will not be undergoing debt review as I would manage.
All my accounts were 100% as if nothing happened except for my FNB accounts.
I closed my fuel card so there were no worries however I still owed a couple on my FNB credit card.
After 20 calls (not one less than 20 min) I eventually got to a lady who was willing to assist me.
According to FNB policy they sent my account to the legal dept. This influenced my whole credit record. After the Ombudsman's help my ITC was rectified however the account still sits at the legal dept stating that I have arranged payments and that they cannot move my account. Now I cannot get any debt because of this and it is now 2 and a half Years later.
My question for FNB legal Dept is, do they have a court order/ Judge stamp stating that I am undergoing debt review. The Answer will be NO. So how can they just do what they want!
I am finished with FNB and would not recommend to anyone nor any business.
