Fnb negligence

My fnb personal loan is in areas because of fnb consultants that did not do their work and has put my credit score at risk ...I have made arrangements for my fnb personal loan to be deducted from my capitec account ever since the arrangement they deduct one month than skip 2 or 3 month hence I am in areas this is so unexpecteable as I have made arrangements my bank statements show when they have deducted from capitec
