FNB Neglets ***** Case

I have reported a *****/**** with FNB over 3 weeks if not a month now. No one from their legal team has called me, including the supervisor of the investigator..as a result, the police station I repeated the matter to has closed the case. I've lost 28000 due to a so called pool contractor, Sabelo Pools. He has also dossapered with someone else's money in the same neighbour. All I wanted from FNB was for my money to be reversed as he did nothing amounting to 40% works. FNB please I need my money back. I've called so many times at the legal.departement, and sent an email. All I get is answering machines when I'm referred to an investigator.
