FNB NEGLET TO SIGN OVER SURETY AND NOW THEY PASS IT TO OTHER DEPARTMENT

FNB came back to me. They are just shifting the problem to another department. No help what so ever. Acc nr ********** 2713. Northern Natal Bodywork's and Johan Delport are responsible for that acc. He is the new owner of the business and the documents was drawn up and ready to be signed but FNB didn't do their job ,they let him carry on working with that acc for 2 years even though they new that he was supposed to sign it over. Now he stopped servicing that acc and FNB is holding me responsible for the money. R 1 500 000. They also say that it was my duty to make him sign the surety, but I am not employed by the bank, it is their job to make sure that all the paper work is done.
