FNB needs to up their game !

I am a bit concerned by the security levels currently implemented by FNB. I lost my petrol card, blocked it, but someone still went on to start using it. I reported to FNB but the ********** activity continued. After calling the bank i was told that the case is yet to be allocated an investigator. This is while the ********** were having a go at my account. Anyway, bottom line, FNB's standards are fast deteriorating. Not sure if this has been caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, but the bank needs some introspection to see where they are getting it wrong...
