FNB Needs to take US seriously

I am in Vietnam and I always send my funds to my FNB account at home. My card was working here in Vietnam fr the past 4 months, but now I have been blocked to use it without any reason. This is unprofessional of FNB. I hate complaining about these things, can FNB please fix my access to my bank. I am available on my SA cell number
