FNB NEEDS TO STOP TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY!!!

FNB needs to stop taking money from people!!! life is hard enough we are struggling to make ends meet and the least we want is for a bank to randomly charge bogus transactions! I went to be last night with a positive balance on my business account and I wake up this morning my account is on -R150 because I have been charged for item excess fee! How do you even explain this? I had a positive balance yesterday! I SIMPLY moved some funds to my personal account and in the morning bang! The agent on the fnb app is telling me that when I moved money it caused a negative balance! What nonsense...it is virtually impossible to move funds between accounts and cause a minus because you cant take money below zero rand I do not have overdraft facility or credit option or whatsoever. They cant even explain me to me what exactly happen this is so irritating money is hard STOP TAKING OUR MONEY!!!
