FNB NEEDS TO SORT THEIR SYSTEMS OUT

big big rant to FNB. They've been deducting from my account two months in a row AFTER my debit orders by them were cancelled! This is after I have phoned numerous times to get my money back and was informed that it shows that it is cancelled on their side, it still happens. very close to changing banks.
