FNB needs to review it's security

I'm happy my card was cancelled when I called to report a ***** case. I'm happy Monica was understanding, helpful and patient.

I'm not happy about the following things: 1. The number on the card goes unanswered 2. The ***** number is not on the card. I had to google it. 3. How does cloning actually happen. I have been in isolation, I tap my card, I never let my card out of my sight. FNB needs to upgrade it's security.
