FNB Needs to Return My Payshap Payment Since It’s Missing.

I made a pay shap payment via the FNB app on the 29 December at 09:48. Today is the 30th of December and we still have not received the payshap payment.

I went through to secure chat and I am being flipped lol ke an egg on a hot pan with an oil.

Nothing done just being transferred.

I just want my money qha

It’s actually sad how the customer service has deteriorated over the years, FNB use to be 100/100 on this in the past but we now have to submit complaints for assistance.
