FNB needs to rethink it's customer service

Absolutely shocking assistance, after speaking to 6 different so-called premier bankers, not one could help. The issue is with a debit order I know nothing about, a large one, and yet all they can tell me is that if it does come off, it can be reversed (at my own cost presumably).
