fnb needs to jack up everything secure chat is bull

this secure chat on FNB is nonsense i get connected to someone - you greet then it says rate service i get connected to the next agent - named Amanda, she gives 1 reply that is of no use to me and then i must rate service how do you rate service you did not recieve? then i call FNB home loan and i get taken to collections - thats not what i want - the website has no direction to correc t contact details and the people you speak to are so rude Ms Thato Lesogo - i did not get thorugh to you for fun the stupid details of phone numbers are all incorrect of the queues system is wrong fix yourselves FNB! i need assistance and the only time it happens is when i complain if i did not have a bond with FNB i would leave this bank immediately
