FNB needs to find another line of work

Once again, FNB does not take seriously the frustration of their middle class clients. Literally the only reason I have an FNB account is because of PayPal, I don't know of any other bank that allows you to withdraw from PayPal. Yesterday, Monday 15/03, just like every other Monday, I try to withdraw from my PayPal and I get a pop up that says there is a hold on my account. Why is there a hold?? How do I get it removed?? FNB does not respond on any of their platforms and the people in the secure chat on the app say they can't help. Where exactly am I supposed to get help with my FNB account if not from FNB???? Forex cannot put a hold on my FNB account so why do I need to contact Forex??? You continuously push me from pillar to post without any solutions and I am sick of it!! FNB does not respond to any communication and still expect loyalty. Maybe try looking after the clients you have before trying to poach new ones, or perhaps I'm too poor to get decent service. This is the most useless bank to ever exist! Someone needs to call me immediately to have this sorted!!

It is almost 24 hours since your generic response and not a single soul has gotten back to me regarding the problem that MULTIPLE FNB clients are experiencing!!! Are you just not bothered???

And still nobody bothers to contact me!!! You people dont realise that I have debits that need to go off of my account and the PayPal funds are to accommodate those debits!! If I am charged by FNB for a single failed debit, you are going to be sorry! And if my name is tarnished for any of those failed debits, Lord help you. The fact that you don't even have the courtesy to get one person to communicate with us is just appalling and says a lot about your useless organization!!! Our livelihoods depend on these PayPal withdrawals and you could care less because you still collect your salary at the end of the month, whether clients are happy or not!! We have responsibilities, just like you. We have families to feed, just like you!!! GET THIS ******* SORTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
