FNB needs to consider their clients

FNB really needs to get with the times. *120*227# is outdated and quiet frankly a harzard. Imagine being stranded somewhere and you cant #1 find an FNB atm to withdraw money from because you cant go to retailers or #2 you dont have airtime to request another pin . On top of all of that when you buy their airtime it takes money from the money you were sent . Now someone sends you R100 and you have to buy R30 airtime 🤦🏻♀️ the atm you find can only give you R50 notes. Gone is your money .
