FNB needs to catch a wake up
With identity theft a real concern, FNB needs to seriously look at their way of dealing with customers.

I requested for my cheque account to be closed earlier this week.

I just got a call from an Unknown number. It was FNB. To verify that it is me they want me to give them personal detail. How can I be sure it is them??

Stop phoning from Unknown numbers or find another way to interact with me.

But, not my problem anymore. Luckily I am no longer using FNB as my primary bank.
