FNB needs money!

Great job FNB. You deducted a debit order off my account even before my salary was deposited into my account. I queried this with my personal banker previously who assured me this would never happen as the debit order is loaded to only go off AFTER my salary is in my bank. WRONG! I just transferred money from my Money Market account and the debit order went straight off! My salary will only be in my bank account tomorrow, the 25th, as per my agreement with FNB. Why can this not be fixed? Why do I have to keep fighting about this? Well, rather just close my account and I will have my salary transferred into my Nedbank account from next month. Terrible, terrible, pathetic service FNB! You have lost a loyal client and with this will go my husband's account, together with my sons' accounts.

Thank you Daffnie, but we are no closer to resolving this issue. I received a phone call from Andrea du Plessis at the Helpdesk who keeps talking while I try to explain to her what my problem is. What appears to be on her system is not what is happening on my bank account. How can FNB get this so wrong and not want to help me?
