Pathetic KYC protocol. Freezes accounts every 2 months without warning and there is NOT ONE PHONE NUMBER that answers sooner than 20 minutes. Worse than Eskom, FNB you should be sued for ********ly blocking people accessing their money. It took 2 hours out of my day and I needed to go into a branch eventually.
