FNB Navigate Life-Renewal of Car License pathetic service
It’s been over a month since I paid for my renewal of my car license through FNB Navigate Life option for my car license disc to be delivered to my house. Instead of me waiting in a line for 5-8 hours due to covid. It’s been over a month. I might as well have waited 8 hours in a line for my license. This so unprofessional and so unfair because I paid a service fee to get my license disc delivery to my door and yet I am still waiting for it. I have send so many emails (***)asking FNB for an update but it’s seems like they don’t care that I am a customer anymore. Please help me get my car license disc from fnb. I am getting impatient waiting for my disc to arrive.
