FNB Navi-gate life License Disc renewal process delays

FNB Navi-gate life in partnership with Road Protect have proven to be less effective in assistance with renewing my License Disc. Logged in the FMB app to renew my disc on the 18th of November which was due to lapse on the 30th of November. To-date, I still have no disc and no resolution.

Understandably there are delays at traffic departments and and when a blockage was 1st picked up due to a traffic infringement, it was cleared up that I had no traffic infringements at all.

Then it was escalated in the 1st week of December and I was told there is still a blockage. What nonsense is this? I have no traffic fines but there’s still a blockage? Haai man!
