Fnb Navi car license renweal

Thinking I could rely on the service from fnb, I decided to give their car Licence renewal service... All I can say is huge mistake.

A payment was made on the 2nd October 2020. A month later, still cannot see any progress via the application. When calling the Navi car help line, you just get a message to advise that due to the current covert restrictions, renewals in Gauteng would take 5 business days. When you do finally get to a call agent, they are not able to give any update from their side.

At this rate I could have renewed it multiple times over. The best is I would continue to get messages in the fnb application reminding me that my licence disc was going to expire. This being long after I had already paid to have them renew it.

Now currently I'm in the situation where it has expired. Still nothing from Fnb. Will FNB now cover all the penalties or fines due to the expired disc? Why advertise and offer a service that you are not capable of fulfilling?
