FNB navCar service is a **** - stay away

Do not use the navCar service of FNB whereby your motor vehicle license is renewed.

FNB of today is not the FNB of yesterday. Previously, I had no problems to have my license disc renewed. This year the courier company they used did not notify me of the delivery beforehand and the parcel was returned. A nightmare followed as FNB supp**** me with incorrect contact information, and eventually **** to me by saying there was a block on my license, which wasn’t true. The courier company expected me to travel 100’s of kms to fetch the parcel at their head office as per their company’s policy. When I objected, they put the phone down in my ear. Numerous emails and correspondence then flowed and it was only after my private banker intervened, that the disc was delivered to me. Nobody takes responsibility for the absurd and abhorrent service. FNB’s app was ********** in this instance and the consultants were incapable and *********** to solve the problem. They refused to give me the name of the courier company involved. Stay far away from this service, because if something goes wrong, you will be sent from pillar to post and nobody will care to solve the problem until they are threatened with legal action.
