Fnb navcar product a waste of money on current performance levels

It relates to the nav i gate life navcar product. My documents to renew vehicle lisence was made on 26 August. A request was received for a clearer id copy and same submitted on 30/8 ever since then only the status of my 1 vehicle being updated or attended to. The documents was resubmitted and still not updated or attended to... Something thats suppose to be convenient creating more headache as it would be quicker and cheaper for me to apply in person at post office... The service levels gas dropped on this product from when i used them previously and they dont seem to be bothered about their performance levels.
