FNB Navcar - license renewal

I have been trying to renew my car's license disk since 12 December. It is impossible to speak to a case manager. I've lodged various complaints and enquiries on the app and phoned the helpline multiple times. The ~R1k was taken and I'm driving around without a valid disk due to your unwillingness to assist.
