FNB - NAVCAR - BAD SERVICE

The service for license renewals - navcar with FNB is disgusting. I app**** for my license renewal on 1 October. I still haven’t received it. I have sent numerous emails with no response and they don’t have a phone so that you can speak to somebody. When you phone FNB they can’t help you and say they can only escalate it which I have done numerous times and that someone will contact me. Still nobody has contacted me. My license expires on 31 October and R700 is a lot of money for me to lose. They could at least have the decency to let me know where my license is. It’s ****************, they are quick to take your money and then don’t follow through with the service offered.
