FNB nav-life , messing my life
I have recently used FNB nav life for my license disc, they returned my money saying they could not process my discs. Then went to post office to find my discs have been paid by them.
I have logged a call to find a way forward with them , i even logged a complaint. The number they gave does not even work. How am i expected to drive my car without a valid disc ??? Btw its been 12 days now. I guess i have to keep money for coke all the time thanks to FNB.

15 Sept 2023, 09:06Its now 15 days, still no resolution from FNB. I took a day off to traffic department and they have confirmed its being paid, however they can not reprint . FNB needs to send me my disc. I am livered , FNB keeps telling me it was rejected. Now i cant pay for another licence disc because its paid, i can't reprint because FNB paid, FNB does not want to give me my disc. Therefore they are forcing me to be a ******** while i am a law abiding citizen. How do you expect me drive freely without a disc FNB ???
