FNB Nav-igate life licence renewal a ****

App**** to renew my license using Nav-igate life on the FNB app, after 2 weeks I saw my bank account had been reimbursed with the license money and they had kept their R200 service fee, no notification, no explanation why. I'ves lodged 3 complaints and no reply from FNB at all. I'm exceptionally irritated and unhappy with FNB and their lack of service and support.
