FNB nav-igate life is Useless

I am having the most terrible experience with FNB nav-igate life. Over a month ago I app**** for license renewal and paid the full required amount. The promise was that they'd deliver my disc within two weeks....well it's been 6weeks and I am still waiting. After struggling to get hold of them for weeks, eventually someone who couldn't assist me answered the phone and gave me an email address to contact someone who could help but they never responded to my email. I haven't heard from them and I can't believe that I am experiencing such rotten treatment from a known name. I want to urge everyone considering using their FNB App to renew the disc to keep away from FNB. Do not waste your time and money like I have. Choose a company that cares NOT FNB.
