FNB Nav you are totally useless. Your "Ambassador" does not know what she is doing. I paid for my car license renewal on 28 November and via the App was advised that it was printed on 13 December and ready to go to the courier for delivery. Your *********** staff informed me that due to a backlog it hadn't been printed yet on 29 December. When I questioned it they now say the department is closed until 3 January!!!!!! By the way, Kazleen Jacobs, the licensing department is not closed!!!!!
