FNB Nav CarLicense Disc Renewal is Useless!!!

I paid for my license disc on FNB Nav Car using the App on the 23rd of September and till today I haven't received my disc. I keep receiving receiving messages every second day saying there is a delay. I've sent numerous emails and tried calling to only be placed on hold.

Can I get my refund so I can apply directly at the post office as this is getting ridiculous now!
