Fnb nav car useless

I have paid and sent all documents needed for licence renewal. Its been a month and no licence. My vehicle licence has now expired. I have tried calling all your customer service numbers and keep getting transferred. The number supp**** via email after submitting a complaint doesn't exist. ive mailed and had no response. Please refund my money so I can go to the traffic department myself.
