FNB Nav Car ****

I'm waiting for 2 months for my license renewal, the app doesn't really give you up to date progress.

I've been struggling for a week to get a response from FNB Nav Car.

All I get is an automated email response stating that I will receive a response withing 48hrs. It's been 48hrs x 4 already.

This is really unprofessional service.
