FNB Nav car renewal is a total rip-off
the FNB car renewal process is a total no. They will make you pay your license twice do not do it. I regret doing the process i should have just gone straight to the post office to safe me paying R 1000 instate of R 400. They do not allow you to cancel the process either when you notice that you will need to pay more money .

09 Dec 2022, 14:59I am still waiting for someone from FNB to contact me regarding my license renewal. This is now 4 weeks later. My disk is expired and I'm in a risk of getting a fine. This is after I have paid extra cost to what's the renewal. Noone is getting back to me when I follow up, I'm told they are escalating the matter. I received emails that someone will contact me regarding my complain I'm still waiting on FNB to get to me. FNB is getting frustrating dealing with you

19 Dec 2022, 09:41FNB 10 days later after i posted the review I'm still struggling resolving this. I'm still without my license and no one is helping its now escalated for the 5th times. I don't know how many complaints I have sent now. They cannot even find the correct reference for the courier I'm stuck here having to cancel my plans because I can't get my license disk. why did you bother offering the service if no one has any control over it. Its 4 days to Christmas and i can't move around. FNB service is getting poor by day. one will wonder what will happen to our monies
