FNB Nav car product offering

About two weeks ago, I registered my discontent on this platform relating to FNBs Nav car online product offering.

My concern was and still is that the number issued by the FNB sms system as the number to reply to in the event of a query or an update was, according to the auto reply voice message for that number, not in existence. " The number you called, does not exist" A matter of concern for any client who would not second-guess an FNB initiated sms message in respect of a "transaction in progress".

This said, I am pleased to share that despite my concern, which still remain, the product as being offered on the FNB Nav car app is reliable. In addition; I find the updates on the vehicle license renewal process to be efficient up to the point of delivery.
