FNB nav-car license renewal useless service!!!

Dont ever make use of FNB's nav-car for license renewals! I ordered my car license 1 month ago and the only update I received was that my payment was received. No feedback or contact from anyone. I even logged a complaint via the nav-car app and waited more than 48 business hours and still, no contact or feedback from anyone! Its absolutely ridiculous that I've paid for a service and a whole month later, I've received nothing from FNB! So FNB, please process my refund! I 'd rather stand for two hours at the post office and sort this out!
