FNB Nav car extremely poor service

I app**** at the beginning of June for my licence renewal via FNB Nav car. I used this option because I am from Cape Town but currently in Gauteng and I needed my licence delivered to Gauteng. A few weeks later I received a delivery only to realize it was not my disc but only the payment certificate. The licence for a car I have sold was not paid hence my disc was held back. I was never notified about this. I then immediately proceeded to pay the outstanding licence ad asked for both discs to be delivered simultaneously. In the end only the old car's disc was delivered. It is now almost three months later and I still don't have the disc. Feedback is also very poor and almost non existent. This must be the worst way to try and renew your licence.
