FNB - Nav - CAR: Don't rely on this to get a license renewal!

Whatever you do, do not join Nav-CAR and ask for your license to be renewed. They did say there are delays, but from a few days to more than 3 weeks and no license yet is too much. But this is not the problem I am warning against - the thing any adopters need to know is this: You will never be able to successfully contact them to 1) ask questions or 2) ask for a cancellation and your money back. You will get a ticket reference and notification that an agent will contact you between 24 to 48 hours from logging the request for contact. THEY WILL NEVER CONTACT YOU Eventually I took time off work and got my license renewed at my post office in less than an hour!
