FNB Nav Car dissapointment.

Im really dissapointed in FNB's Nav Car service, there is no communication whatsoever. I have paid on the 31st of August to get my licenced renewed and have sent through the paperwork on the 2nd of September, today is the 23rd of September with no idea of what is going on, if the licence was renewed in time, is there going to be penalties? When will they deliver the disc? Not only that but now I have to drive a car which is not licenced and will be fined if im caught. I really thought the banks would be a bit better geared to handle people's property. I would really suggest to anyone doing this again rather use the 3rd party guys who needs the money and go and stand in the queue for you.
