Fnb Nav-Car delay

I used the FNB Nav_car option to renew a car license. I paid for it on the 1st of October. Until today I didn't get any feedback or a license disc. When I phone FNB to find out what's going on they give me a number for a company they use to get the licenses. The Company Road Protect keep on telling me that FNB doesn't use them anymore. I had to take out my license with someone else because I can't keep on driving without a license disc.
